No restriction of age. Thai Bliss can be practiced on anyone in reasonable health. It will calm and strengthen the young and will stretch, detoxify and add vitality to the mature adult. Combating degenerative effects, it treats the whole body.

I'm trained to look at the client in a holistic fashion. Taking into account any previous illness or injury, I combine evaluation with therapy. Each session gives me pertinent information on the client, with the insight on facilitating a return to balance and harmony.

The thumbs are applied along the pressure point meridians which stimulate the 10 major energy channels (SEN) throughout the body. I use my hands to palm press arms and legs. My feet, elbows and knees to apply pressure to various parts of the body for adjustments.

Thai Bliss leaves no negative side effects. The specific modalities (techniques) are selected on the basis of their appropriateness for the individual.
