Travel to Shambhala Zipolite with Roberto for Rock Yoga lessions, joy, entertainment, relaxation and fun! The "Rock Yoga adventure" begins with a trip to beautiful San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato in Central Mexico. Where we will take in the sights and sounds of this 400 year old colonial city. Hotsprings are just outside the city to enjoy. The botanical gardens above San Miguel is a natural reserve and we will hike into the canyon there to practice some Rock Yoga techniques. Trip includes: Bed and Breakfast accommodations. Hot Springs. Botanical Garden tour. Rock Yoga canyon hike and practice. Saturday adventure tour. The adventure continues to Oaxaca City and beyond! After 3 glorious days in San Miguel we will continue South to Mexico City airport and fly to Oaxaca City. Oaxaca City is colonial and has a unique charm and beauty. We will visit the ancient Zapotec City of Monte Alban and partake in the wonderful regional food, visit the market place and colonial plaza (zocalo) before we head out to the coast via a bus trip through the Oaxacan Mountains! We will spend two nights in Oaxaca City with hotel accommodations close to the Zocalo.
